Charity shop & eBay tips by Vanese

Hey lovelies, I'm Vanese from vanzthemachinee. Today I'm guest blogging on the etailPR blog to share with you all some of my favourite charity shop and eBay finds and will also be adding in some tips too. :)

1.
 - Light Blue Jumper £3.50 Charity Shop
This is one of my favourite charity shop finds. I got it back last year around October when it was super chilly. I've loved styling this jumper so much. When it was colder I loved wearing a collared shirt underneath it and having the collar over the top of it. This was such a bargain at only £3.50 and fits so perfectly. In winter there are always so many great jumpers in charity shops.

2.
- Grey Blazer £3.75 Charity Shop
I'd been on the lookout for the perfect blazer for ages then on a visit to my local charity shop I found this little beauty. I think grey is a really great colour and I think it's one of the easiest colours to style. I see it as a blazer/cardigan. I find it so easy to throw on with outfits when it's too hot to wear a jacket but you still need something quite light to put on. At £3.75 I just couldn't not buy it.
3.
- Long Cardigan Under  £5 Topshop (via eBay)
Lastly, this is one of my favourite eBay purchases. It's honestly so easy to become addicted to bidding on eBay and I think that I've been lucky in the fact that I've picked up some of the best bargains for such a small amount. This cardigan was originally from Topshop but I managed to get it on eBay for under £5 and I think that's so crazy because I found out that it was originally £40.00 I love that it's such a nice khaki green and the cool little designs all around it.

Tips?
 * Make sure you check the inside labels of the clothing items as some of the clothes are put on the wrong hangers and you could end up walking away from something that would've been perfect for you in your size.
* Even if you find something you like but not in your size, it's always a good idea to try it on in the changing rooms anyway because there's a good chance it could still fit you but be a little small or oversized.
* Just before you go check out some high street shops for something you've got your eye on, have a quick look in a charity shop as you could find what you're looking for at a much cheaper price.

 * If you're feeling lucky on eBay then something I do and I know a lot of others do is not bidding until the last 10-20ish seconds mark. It's honestly so risky but it has helped me get some of my favourite pieces.
* You have got to set yourself a limit of how much will be the highest that you bid on an item. It's so easy to overspend.
* If you see an item that you like on a 'buy now' don't be afraid to contact the seller and see if you can get a cheeky little discount on it. You'll be surprised that a lot of sellers will be kind enough to give you a little bargain and of course not every seller is like that but if you don't ask then you don't get.

I hope you've enjoyed seeing some of my favourite picks from both Charity Shops & eBay and I hope some of my tips come in handy! :)
